Workforce Data Analytics Manager (Remote)

Digital Strategy LLC, a leader in technology-driven solutions for federal agencies, seeks a Workforce Data Analytics Manager to drive impactful insights that optimize federal operations and performance. Your role will be pivotal in developing tailored workforce analytics solutions for federal clients.

Your Role:

As the Workforce Data Analytics Manager, you will:

Strategize for Impact: Develop and execute a product strategy and roadmap that deeply resonates with federal agencies' unique challenges, ensuring our solutions enhance their operations.
Client Partnership: Cultivate strong relationships with federal clients, gathering feedback to craft personalized solutions that showcase a deep understanding of their needs.
Agile Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies to create a seamless development process that nurtures innovation and fosters collaboration.
Empower with Insights: Utilize workforce data to uncover actionable insights that guide strategic decisions and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Simplify Adoption: Provide intuitive demos and support, simplifying the adoption process for federal agencies and ensuring they harness the full potential of our solutions.
Unified Approach: Collaborate with diverse teams to align messaging and positioning, ensuring that our offerings resonate cohesively with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Communications, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
Over 10 years of work experience, with 2+ years in a managerial role or change management role.
Two (2) years of experience may be substituted for Master’s degree.
Proven experience in delivering business/functional requirements or system training.
Experience with recruiting and workforce planning activities and data.
Experience in Agile product development methodologies, fostering flexibility and adaptability.
Strong analytical skills, transforming data into actionable insights and product features that inform strategic decisions.
Excellent communication skills, adept at understanding federal clients' needs and collaborating across various levels.
Passion for creating impactful products tailored to federal agencies' unique requirements.
