Management Analyst - Remote
Position Description: Digital Strategy is seeking a Management Analyst with excellent communication and analytical skills to provide direct support to federal clients in developing executive briefings and reports to support key decision-making processes in the Workforce Management areas. The candidate will work with the federal Workforce Management Director and their team to understand strategic communication and analytical needs and develop executive briefings. Specific duties will include but are not limited to the following:
- Work with clients and contractor teams to gather information and develop executive briefings for senior leadership meetings
- Develop visually appealing graphics and process flows to convey information on briefings and reports
- Develop reports and charts with key indicators to provide updates on metrics
- Work with Digital Strategy team to provide peer review inputs on data analytics products, including reports and dashboards
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, Business, or similar majors.
- Five (5) or more years of work experience, preferably in government consulting or on Information Technology projects.
- At least three (3) of experience in developing and delivering executive briefings to government executives required.
- At least three (3) of experience with data analysis and visualization projects required.
- Experience developing visually appealing graphics, charts, and process flows required.
- Candidate needs to have strong attention to detail and ability to grasp and teach new processes/information rapidly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- Experience working with web applications and databases highly desired.
